Buyer accepts full responsibility and liability for their use (or misuse) of the watercraft and any other item(s) purchased, if any. Buyer will indemnify and hold harmless Company from any and all liability, legal actions, torts and claims, including legal fees, resulting from but not limited to Buyer's use (or misuse) of the watercraft or other item(s) purchased. In no case shall the liability of Company exceed the purchase price (less shipping) of any watercraft or other item(s) purchased or obtained by User from Company. If any part of this agreement is held invalid by a court of law, all other provisions shall remain in full force. This disclaimer is governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
