About Kayacht
Kayacht Electric Boats was established 2003 as the original manufacturer of the Kayacht bow-thruster electric kayak motor system. From this point forward, Kayacht continued to revolutionize the way boats were electrically powered and operated.
In mid 2008, Kaycht was given the unique opportunity to bring the Johnson Escape Touring Boat to the general public. Sales of the Escape Touring Boat were so successful that we acquired the line from Johnson, including the entire boat inventory, parts, molds, and tooling. This business transaction positioned Kayacht as the new manufacturer of the Escape Touring Boat. Kayacht currently manufactures the new Touring 130 Boat under the Kayacht(TM) brand and distributes the boat through our distributor and dealer network. Kayacht continues to be the sole provider of warranty service and parts for the Escape version.
The Kayacht Touring 130 has had numerous design and upgrade changes that have taken an amazing product and made it even better. The Touring 130 is now available in new colors and replaces the red Johnson Escape Touring Boat previously sold by Kayacht. Kayacht is now the world's only source for the manufacturing of this fine watercraft. Kayacht is committed to providing high quality production and support of the Touring 130 as well as bringing future innovations to the product line.
Recently, Kayacht has acquired the Escape Fun Boat and Escape Chaise Lounger lines. We are proud to manufacture these unique boats alongside our Touring 130 line.
